Iraq could ask USA to vacate its bases in Iraq as these bases violate Iraq's sovereignty. Afghanistan can ask USA to vacate its bases in Afghanistan. Most effective means against USA of Israel is economic and political boycott. Kuwait and Bahrain should appeal to Russia and China to get USA bases out.
Iran should negotiate with Russia mutual defense treaty and open the research center for Iranian Nuclear Scientists to continue their work on utilization of Nuclear Weapons for self-defense.
